As out-of-town cottagers, we drove our 2020 Chevy Traverse in on an emergency repair concern, Thursday September 3rd, 2026. There were multiple DIC codes and loss of power. Not only did Boyers fit us in, but managed to get it looked at for an initial diagnosis. This of course, on a long weekend. Our expectations weren't that high. Had a water pump part repaired on my sonic. Was charged a thousand bucks and noticed on invoice the part came down the road from car quest. Could’ve purchased it ourselves for discount since my dad is a THK retiree instead of having it marked up.
Best customer service we’ve received in years!! Wonderful staff.
The staff here showed exceptional hospitality to a senior trying to charge an electric car for the first time. They helped me find and connect to the charger, and then welcomed me inside to use the washroom and sit in the AC while I waited. I wasn’t driving a GM vehicle nor was I shopping for one, but they took me in and treated me with kindness. I am forever grateful.
A+ customer service!! We were having technical difficulties with the FLO charger for our EV, and they went out of their way to help us get charged and rolling. Very grateful!!!!
