I went to JFC Autopro with a clear issue - my dashboard showed a code that said my thermostat needed replacing. I asked them to only check that and give me a quote for the replacement. They took my car in right away, which was great, but the experience quickly went downhill. Hours later, they got back to me, confirming the thermostat issue but also saying they did a “full work-up” of my car, which I never asked for. Great service! JFC handled my transmission replacement on my truck. They were able to deal with all the warranty steps, and they got it done in a very timely manner. Consistent updates during the process. They are honest and upfront about any charges. I have been bringing my vehicles here for a couple of years now and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Looking forward to working with them in the future!
Every single time I have been here the staff have been so easy to deal with and have been truly transparent with me about any issues with my car. Specifically, the courtesy inspection is likely something that you will not get at any other car shop in kelowna. Not only does this service help inform you of what could be wrong with your car but they show you photo evidence of the inspection. Overall, if you have not tried this place yet it is definitely the place to go for any of your car troubles.
Greg and his team did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle. They repaired everything with a level of excellence that I can trust, and now I feel so much safer in my vehicle. They provided me an online diagnostic explanation, showing all the tests they ran and what they mean. This was super helpful in me understanding the details and making informed decisions. Took my car here to get serviced, and I was very impressed from start to finish. They did a digital inspection on my vehicle and I was very impressed with how detailed it was. It shows pictures, as well as detailed descriptions. They had excellent communication and there were no surprises when I came to pick up my car.
