After discovering we weren't loaded with money for all their tests, BCAH tried to fire us after we already told them we had a new veterinarian. These people are only in it for the money. Choose elsewhere if you want care for your beloved pets. This place sure has changed since they moved !!!
This hospital mistreated and/or harmed 4 of our dogs we brought there. Dog #3 was held down by 5 people while they cut his nails. We could hear him screaming all the way out front and there was nothing we could to help him. He now cannot have his feet touched and we have to pay a specialist to care for him. Dog #2 developed a respiratory infection from the cleaners they used on her kennel. I guess they haven't heard about odo-ban. They have hurt animals there. Don't use them. Pay attention to the one star reviews. I wish I had. Not a good doctor either. She has the personality of a stump.
