Honestly pretty boring. Don't go out of your way to go. It would be a great candidate for provincial budget cuts. It's got some figures of natives. The "hike" is short and at the end you get to see some mounds. Nothing has been re-created. There are much more exciting sites in the USA for natives.
plan to do the hike too which circles thru a very beautiful forest, crosses a stream past the falls and down to the ocean.
This is a must see. The spirit garden is fulfilling and the 1.5 km trail (at the end which, there is a statue and an archaeological dig) is pleasant and informative

Great center with information on the beothuk. Staff is friendly. It was free on Sunday.
