Mister Boyd’s team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our downstairs carpet. The guys were so careful and very thorough, ensuring everything was done correctly. The carpet quality is above par in my opinion. We’ll continue using Boyd’s Carpet for the rest of our flooring needs, should they come. 10/10, I wouldnt use anyone else!
Exceptional service everytime
On short notice they managed to squeeze me in and replace a carpet in one of the bedrooms. They were quick, timely, and very professional. They showed up on time and had the new carpet installed in about two hours. The new carpet looks perfect! They blended it into the walk-in closet flawlessly and the edges all along the wall were cut to perfection. The new carpet looks so nice it's a shame I'm going to have to put furniture back on it. Boyd's carpet is my new favorite and I plan on using them again for the other rooms.
We have been more than pleased with Boyd’s carpet. Excellent customer service since we walked in the door the first time and their products are great quality! We will always go to them for our flooring and will always recommend them!
Do yourself a favor and chose Boyd's carpet. We were trying to find flooring to match our current floors, and it was discontinued. They were extremely helpful and patient. They went the extra mile and contacted numerous manufactures to give us the best options. Their knowledge of the different products assisted us in making the right choice. I initially was trying to match the color. They pointed out the type of wood, product, and even matched the cutting type. The process of finding, ordering, and installing was seamless.
