Stopped by this shop for a new tube after getting a flat. In addition to the products, we received a warm welcome and recommendations for what to do in town. Friendly shop with friendly proprietors! Panties optional, as the sign indicates.
I had the privilege of visiting this shop and meeting Mr. Boyd this week. I, along with Maggie, my Belgian Malinois, frequent Steele Creek Park riding my bike and/or hiking. On this particular occasion I had forgotten to put my bike trunk in my car and didn’t realize it until I got into Bristol (from Greene County, TN); and I wasn’t going back to get it. Not a friendly person on the phone that didn't even offer any help on my mtn bike rear wheel. Avoid businesses like this.
Been going there since I was 12 bought my first Redline there I've grew up with those guys
