Very helpful and professional
Got an appointment quickly but wasnt happy with the reasoning of the pricing for things thats needed to be done at my car, very expensive. Overall i wasnt happy with the work but the service was great.
Exceptional customer service. A family member took a car for a blue slip that Brad inspected. It had a couple of key issues which Brad took the time to discuss. We had a number of questions as part of the process and Brad was meticulous in answering them. He spent the extra time covering the details and made sure we understood the issues and the process. To me, it felt like the workshop was focused on customer service above everything else - which is rare!
Great friendly service
From the first phone call to Boyd’s Bay Garage until the job was completed, I couldn’t have wished for better service. Definitely recommend…🤗
