I had the pleasure of meeting a young mechanic named Tyler. I was experiencing an issue with my 2006 Buick Rendezvous that stopped on the corner across the street from the shop. I went over to talk to Tyler and he took care of things right from the start. It turned out that I needed a new motor. I first went to Boyd's when a national tire store chain couldn't fix my flat after 2 tries and $15. Boyd's fixed it the first time for $5 and they became my mechanics for the next 11 years. It's a small shop and not the most technically advanced but Bob knows cars, has a good crew of young guys working for him, and is the first mechanic I've ever found to be absolutely honest and trustworthy.
