I normally do not leave negative reviews or complain about doctors, and honestly I debated for the last 2 days whether I should even post us. Today, Tuesday, April 28, I visited Dr. Boyd Vaziri at Frantz EyeCare Naples and left completely shocked and upset by his behavior after two hours of waiting. During my appointment, for absolutely no reason, Dr. Vaziri began screaming at me. He accused me of being “pushy” and repeatedly told me he “does not like [my] attitude.” His tone was aggressive and raised, making me feel humiliated and anxious in what should have been a routine medical visit. Dr Vaziri is exceptional. I cannot say enough positive things about him. From the moment he walked in, he was personable, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. His confidence and competence with my eye issues immediately put me at ease. After seeing 3 other surgeons who left me with no answers and the anxiety of thinking I would never find anyone to help me, finding Dr Vaziri was a tremendous relief.
