Poor interview process
I purchased a pre-owned 2019 Mack roll off from these guys. It was communicated that I would be putting it on the road the moment it arrived and I asked that it have a fresh DOT and that everything was reconditioned. I was assured that this truck had a ton of money spent on it to be very well reconditioned. Well, it shows up with multiple chips in the windshield, no fluid changes, mirrors that might fall off, a tarp that did fall off due to only having a couple bolts, many functions not working..
