RecommendedVince at Boyd's did a fantastic job on my tire today! I had an appointment with another local shop but when I arrived the manager there turned me away because he said it took me 20 minutes to arrive!! Yes it did because I don't live in their parking lot!! I called Boyd's and they told me to come on down and they would take care of my flat. They were courteous and didn't complain about it being 5 when I arrived. VINCE YOU ARE THE BOMB!!! THANK YOU!!!
I bought a husqvarna 570BTS backpack blower today from these guys and they were awesome! I called about the unit just to see if they had it. They said they did and I told them I was on the way to pick it up. When I got there ( 7min) the unit was assembled and they even filled it up with a tank of gas. I highly recommend! OH and their price was the same as Lowe’s.
What a shame. I went to your York location to purchase a zero turn lawn mower. We wanted to purchase from a local business that also sells parts and service. But unfortunately no one wanted to help. We circled all the mowers for at least 15 minutes. The one person on the sales floor chose to stand there and shoot the shit with his buddies instead of helping us. He wouldn’t even acknowledge us. I done a lot of dealing with this place and seem like here lately they are just rude and have a bad attitude about everything. This last time I went in they wouldn't even touch my tires saying they are to big. There shouldn't be any tires to big for them hick they even do Tractor and equipment tires but wouldn't touch mine. Think they are getting lazy and not in the business making money anymore
I have have very poor repair serving by Boyd's. They do not communicate delays, and have caused additional superfical damage that they refused to compensate me for.
