Employee was very rude to my wife. Life long Cover resident, local customer. My wife was leaving for a work trip and pulled into this business to handle a short phone call and map her route. This entire incident happened in less than 7 minutes from parking to leaving. A middle aged woman with short blonde/gray hair who claims to be an employee came out and began to tap on her window. I purchased an Ariens edge 42 from Boyd’s. Had done my research on it and would have rather gotten local than big box store. They had one in stock and went through their financing option. They were polite and helpful. Was able to schedule my pick up mower is doing great so far after 2 weeks. Have also bought parts for my stihl trimmer and price on the parts was less than even internet pricing so will return for that too.
Got all I need tires ,appliances,and Stihl saws I stop in every time I'm in area great staff. Not the cheapest but in my opinion the best.
