As a company that installs security equipment, I would expect Boyd to have others' safety as a top priority. Well, the way their employees drive says otherwise. At 12:28 PM on Tuesday, August 16 2022, I had the misfortune of witnessing firsthand the way their employees drive. We could not be more pleased with the professional and friendly service we receive from Boyd Security Systems, LLC. Despite having an older office building, the security system installation went smooth and right on schedule because of the many years of experience and skill level of Mike and his team. Boyd Security Systems has been our security company for the past 3 years and we have always gotten what we've asked for. He has gone above and beyond for us and is easily accessible whenever I have a question or need help with our system. We've gotten over 18 cameras installed and an access control system put in place for our business. He's always been great with customer service and we trust his judgement in all things security related. We hired Boyd to install security cameras in our office. After a few short months the cameras stopped working. We called many times for him to come back to fix the issues and he finally showed up over a month later. When he came into our office he claimed he was in a bad mood and was cursing up a storm.
