INCREDIBLE customer service. I had ordered a few plants and the post office had a delay on delivery. 2 of the 5 plants did not survive. I had email the company about my issue. Within a short few minutes I received a reply via Email. The next morning one of the owners called me to speak on resolving the issue. After unsuccessfully searching locally here in North Carolina for native Allegheny Pachysandra Spurge was I fortunate to find Boyd Nursery in Tennessee. It was important to me to plant native and not the Japanese Pachysandra. So appreciate them having these! Received them in great condition with great instructions. These guys are great. There was a discrepancy on my shipping, and before I had even noticed, they reached out within an hour of my order to straighten it out. They could have easily just taken my money and I wouldn’t have noticed, but it’s clear they are an honest business that care about their customers and their reputation. And my root cutting sweet thing magnolias were in perfect condition when they arrived. Highly recommend!

I couldn't agree more with Ms. Popes' assessment of the stock (and company reaction). Even though her problem happened 3 years ago, it seems like nothing has changed. Last October, I ordered 5 plants which were sent promptly. I planted in a pristine growing spot. Nothing comes up in the spring. Bad stock. Asked for a replacement or refund and they immediately go to I didn't follow the instructions. I've been growing things all my life. They just want to sell and ship.
