Ordered difficult-to-find Allegheny Spurge from Boyd's twice over the past three years, first 50 and then 100. I was pleased to find someone carrying the native pachysandra and avoid the ever-present Japanese variety. I was nervous about how they would survive shipment to PA from TN, but each time the plants arrived in good condition (although it can be hard to tell with bare root). Incredible customer service! My little Boston Ivy arrived today in perfect condition and is very healthy! She makes me so happy! For the individuals giving this nursery a negative review, HAVE YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS? Do not cast stones and write negative reviews simply because you didn’t do your due diligence! This place is 10/10, the customer service is incredible! I messed up my order and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in the end. Don’t shop anywhere else folks!
INCREDIBLE customer service. I had ordered a few plants and the post office had a delay on delivery. 2 of the 5 plants did not survive. I had email the company about my issue. Within a short few minutes I received a reply via Email. The next morning one of the owners called me to speak on resolving the issue. The owner also told me it was ok to call at a very late hour if the night . They replaced all plants that did not survive right away and had them sent overnight.
