can't get their billing right. Trying to add coverage and can't deliver at the quoted price. Make all kinds of excuses and then blame you for their issues. Called in several times to try to get things resolved and when I hit my final straw, Boyd had the audacity to cite the times I called in as them calling me to get things resolved, and that clearly I was in the wrong. Can't stress enough why not to do business with a man like that. No integrity.
