Thanks team for the new bike and the gear. Super easy to deal with and update regularly on eta. 2025 Update 2026. Callum has done it again. Really good customer service going out of his way and making recommendations. Replying to my random texts outside of work hours. Patient and not pushy. Ended up with a new bike I wasn't in the market for. We'll def return again due to his service he has provided. Also dane as well.

Excellent service from knowledgeable staff, found me what I required. Very happy.
Extremely rude old “sales” guy in there today. Younger guy was nice enough and asked us if we needed a hand. Older guy was just barking at us as the kids were sitting on bikes sizing up their next bike. Just saying get off that now, get out etc. no hello can I help you or anything. Won’t be buying our twins two new bikes from here!
