I ordered an aftermarket suspension link from Boyd motorcycles that they had advertised. Despite paying immediately it took 11 days and several follow up phone calls to get from Hamilton to Auckland only to find they had sent the wrong part. Although the lady at the parts department was sympathetic no recompense was offered for the inconvenience or return postage for the incorrect part.
Thanks boyds motorcycles really played ball when I wanted to return some pants cheers
worst customer service and they dont even follow there own policies
