Incompetent and disregarding. I came in for an urgent care and ER follow up after having issues with my head. Dr. Boyd did not ask about my symptoms nor seem to care about what was happening to me. I asked him questions, which none of them he could or was willing to answer for me, and he refused to talk to me about my current medications. The only “medical advice” he gave me was to drink more water (after condescendingly telling me he consumes 96oz of water ever day?) and to come back in two weeks to see if I feel better. Dr Boyd is a very competent Dr. With all of the health problems he has treated me for, he has been spot on with diagnosis and treatment. If a change in life habits will take care of the problem, he first encourages me to change them rather than treat with medicine. If necessary he then prescribes medicine.I appreciate this mode of treatment.
