Amazing. Scheduled a consultation, no call from the attorney. Called back later that afternoon, spoke to the intake coordinator who scheduled another appointment and promised a follow-up email that day. That was yesterday-- no email, still no call from the attorney at the scheduled time or the alternate time I offered. How do you miss three appointments?

Shelley O'Brien is extremely intelligent. She is a strong civil litigator and has a solid grasp of the rules and so she is able to run circles around opposing counsel. She was senior counsel on one case that we worked on together, and from that she became my mentor and mentored me on two other cases.
