The first time we came here, we left 20 minutes after our appointment times and we hadn’t been called at all. We had just signed the form saying that if we were 15 minutes late for an appointment they would have to cancel and reschedule, so we kept the same requirement. We did try them again with much better results. It is a very modern clinic, and, quite frankly, unexpected for a town as small as Boyd. I normally detest and hate going to the dentist. This is the first and only dentist that I have legitemately enjoyed. I have recommended them to my family and friends as they have provided a caring and pleasant treatment for my issues. I have terrible gag issues and sensitive teeth and the team here are attentive and take the time to address my issues in a respectful manner. As a plus to all veterans, they do take tricare!
I love this dentist. Ive never had issues here. They are patient, caring and are the first dentist to ever be able to offer me braces without pulling numerous teeth. Highly recommend!
I had to wait an hour and twenty minutes without a word and they still didn't start on my simple cleaning. I eventually just got up and walked out. Don't waste your time.
