If you are a veteran stay clear of this office. They are only in it for the money from the VA. I spoke to the VA and the VA is investigating this office because they don't follow the rules of the VA. They never turn in any x-rays or paperwork on the veterans. They will make veterans pay out of pocket for things the VA will cover. They are rude! The first time we came here, we left 20 minutes after our appointment times and we hadn’t been called at all. We had just signed the form saying that if we were 15 minutes late for an appointment they would have to cancel and reschedule, so we kept the same requirement. We did try them again with much better results. It is a very modern clinic, and, quite frankly, unexpected for a town as small as Boyd.
