I have always received top notch service wether is was technical support, information, service or parts. It never mattered if I spent $5 or $1000 there team has always been able to help in outstanding ways. Thank you Boyd Equipment team. A+++
I took my pressure washer here to get the carb rebuilt. I was pleased when they first answered the phone and I asked, "Do you guys repair pressure washers?" The response was a very enthusiastic, "That's what we do!" To make a long story short, this company took more than 8 weeks and $125.00 to return my pressure washer in a non-working condition with constant battles with horrible customer service in between.
