Had a recurring problem with the compressor tripping on high head pressure in the heating mode. Other contractors came out and looked at it, and after just a cursory look, just declared that we would have to replace the whole system. Gary Boyd, on the other hand, did some diagnostic checks, and offered several causes and possible fixes. He explained all the options in easy to understand terms.
