I have a set of carbon trailblazers for my gravel bike. I had an issue with a small deformation in the rim by some spokes. Boyd immediately had me send the rim(s) in to check out and they rebuild both wheels and replaced the one questionable rim. In short, a very upstanding company with a great warranty!!

Great set of wheels and amazing customer service. I converted to SRAM and ordered a replacement freehub. Received an incorrect part and they Met me at my work with replacement the next day. I do live close to their production facility.
