I can’t find the review system on their site, even though they sent me a link to publish a review. Anyway, on to the Boyd Rouleur Rim Brake wheelset. First, I ride disc and rim brake bikes. I received my Boyd Pinnacle Race gravel wheels just one week before Unbound 2026, so they were immediately thrown into about the toughest proving ground imaginable. After surviving the brutal mud, water, rocks, and 207 miles of abuse at Unbound, I've continued riding them on rough minimum maintenance roads, loose gravel, singletrack, and pavement. Just purchased the rim brake Rouleur wheelset. The 21mm internal width is a dream. Set these up with 30mm gravelking SS, which measure nice and plump at 31.5mm at 45psi to give me some all-road and light gravel capabilities. The wheels spin true, are light, and came well-equipped with tubeless rim tape and valves. Will probably buy a second set next year :)
I have a set of carbon trailblazers for my gravel bike. I had an issue with a small deformation in the rim by some spokes. Boyd immediately had me send the rim(s) in to check out and they rebuild both wheels and replaced the one questionable rim. In short, a very upstanding company with a great warranty!!
