We've had a long, difficult road with Boyd Construction. And now, months later, they aren't returning my call or my request to come look at the final product they gave us. Let me start with credit where credit is due, however: they have attempted multiple times to make right the mistakes they made, but they haven't succeeded. Every new visit creates a new problem. Their customer service/office support is not supportive or helpful but brash. I can't even get a hold of the owner after paying them $5k. Scheduling was difficult.... read more
We had a great experience with the team at Boyd construction. Their professionalism, attention to detail and the commitment to make sure our kitchen renovation was done correctly was very appreciated. They were also extremely clean throughout the project. We hired Boyd to add an addition on to our kitchen, upgrade our master bath, and install hardwood throughout our entire house last year. We've thoroughly enjoyed our new spaces and the quality of the work. Any future work we need, we would definitely use Boyd.
