The last two times I’ve been to this dealership has been disheartening to say the least. Kathryn evidently has a problem with someone of color. The service at Boyd of Emporia is not what you pay for. I went there to get an oil change & also because a “shift to park” light keeps coming on. My car is under warranty for 36,000 miles from date of purchase or 3 years whichever comes first.
