Menu and what you get differ. Brisket was very good .. tender, excellent. Ordered beans with 3 meats. Got a very small sample of beans with a bit of shredded brisket on top... Barely enough brisket to taste... Not 3 meats!! Ordered sweet potato coins as a side... Got waffle sweet potato fries...(Not what was pictured, nor did waitress explain when asked). So this BBQ joint is so sub par it’s actually quite sad The Ribs, The ribs didn’t have a hint of seasoning on them. They were just an oven baked rack of ribs that I don’t even think were on a smoker It’s like they didn’t even try to give it any extra flavor. The Brisket. They didn’t ask if I wanted fatty or lean. We've been here twice now, and it has been excellent both times! The food is very flavorful, smoked and bbq'd and has always been hot. We've had several things from the menu and there was not a bad choice in any of them. I think the sausage might be my favorite of the meats so far and all of the sides are delicious! Service has been very good and the owners have been on site interacting with the customers. Sorry I didn't take pictures of our food, we were hungry! We will definitely be going back!
Food is delicious, owner's recognized my family the second time we came in, whisky sauce is our favorite BBQ sauce, fritters dipped in honey is so good. Atmosphere feels like your on vacation in Estes or South Dakota. We love it here. 🦈🦈🦈
