Called to check on some gaskets, they were mostly in stock but had to create an account before he could pull the order. Couldn't do that til I got there. Told him 15 minutes, arrived in 14. Stood at the parts counter 10 minutes not a soul around. Thank you for nothing
This is our go to place now. Dry Ridge store is better than all the other Boyd's by a long shot.
