Avoid if you can. I've been here twice. The receptionist is always great. The hygienist, Alex, has been weirdly rude both time's I've been there. Both times, she's snapped at me to "open my mouth all the way" and "relax my jaw so she can work" at the same time. Not to mention the audible sighs and irritation that I'm not reading her mind and turning my head magically without being barked at. What's more, like other reviewers on here have noted, they outright refused to send my x-rays to another provider.
At first, I went in for an emergency appointment. I had a great experience and left feeling great with my anxiety having subsided. I was excited to start my treatment journey with them in my next appointment. They called the day before stating an emergency and had to reschedule my appt. The receptionist had such a rude attitude with me. She said I should be grateful to be getting the appointment they’re giving even though they were the ones rescheduling me? Absolutely abysmal!! I have been dealing with a very rude, and seemingly incompetent Dr. Boyd and his non-responsive staff since November’24. Dr. Boyd put on an ill fitted cap. I complained and went In numerous times to have it addressed.… all he did was keep grinding on it and refused to listen to my insistence that it was put on incorrectly. There was a large gap between the cap and gum and food was constantly getting lodged in it. He sent me for a root canal….I believe, unnecessarily. I asked the doctor to redo the entire... read more
I personally am very disappointed in the attitude and disrespect of Larry Boyd Sr. He doesn't wanna listen to anybody about anything and didn't really help me out in court because I still got a large fine and I paid him $2000, which he definitely wasn't worth. I do not recommend him. He has a bad attitude. And he is very disrespectful
Horrific experience. We have been trying to get an appointment for months to treat cavities and we finally get one here and my guardian asked that no excessive x-rays be taken but they messed up and had to retake 3 of them. Furthermore, the dentist told my guardian it was ultimately up to her how many would be taken then when she said to only take 3 more, he agreed and after she left had the nurse take 6.
