This is the worst dentist office honestly. It’s so hard scheduling anything with them. They never pick up the phone. We kind of felt like they didn’t pick up calls on purpose. One time my brother was sitting in the waiting room, and he knew I was wanting to schedule an appt for months now, so he said to call them right now as an experiment. I called, he heard the phone ring, and the lady at the desk just let it ring. These people deliberately don’t pick up the phone. I don’t understand what the issue is
I absolutely love this dental office! ❤️ From Veronica, Keisha, and Alex to Dr. Anthony and Dr. Cynthia Boyd, everyone here is amazing. They are always so kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. Horrific receptionist. My children and I were new to the practice unfortunately , my first two appointments were canceled by the with less than an hour notice. When it came time to my kids coming in unfortunately I had to reschedule due to my daughter‘s very weak immune system based on pre-existing health conditions. Unfortunately, once she was well enough to be back in Public, I called to reschedule and was informed that we were no longer invited to schedule appointments at that clinic. Made an appointment as a new patient consult. Got to the office, closed, no note, no contact.
Receptionist hangs up on you when you are asking a question due to medical reasons. They should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such nasty receptionists.
