Had an issue today with a strange noise coming from the truck. Went to Boyds to see if they had time to give it a look. One of the mechanics took a ride with me and figured out what was wrong, very simple. Two small pieces of gravel caught next to brake drum causing scraping noise. He removed them and sent me on my way. I'm so thankful for Boyds, they have always taken care of me and done a terrific job. Thank you so very much.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company will lie and doctor paperwork. I purchased a F150 and the owner claimed the timing chain set had been change by Boyd Automotive. The truck had an awful oil leak. Based on the paperwork I received. Which was an invoice from Boyd Automative . Showing timing set, gaskets for timing and the valve cover gaskets had been changed at the shop. I took off the valve cover gasket on the driver side. The ORIGINAL VALVE COVER GASKET WAS ATTACHED. absolutely awful. looked at my AC 8 times. initially charged me $900. never fixed it on the 1st time or the 8th. good enough people but terrible business
