I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. The issue was not even the extra charges. An additional $500 will not change me anything. What concerns me is the complete lack of transparency, consistency, and basic customer service. Throughout the process, I was given different numbers at different times. One quote became another. Went to this body shop and got my car back repairs were not done properly paint looks like someone did it in there garage, doors are misaligned and some features do not work. Went back once they did some work to make it look better went back again so because it got worse and they claimed that the car had been to a different body shop and the work there was done poorly but the work was done by them so they called there own work poor. They said they can’t do anything about it and won’t stand by there mistakes.
Flawless. This team kept me aware of everything happening with the car, every little step - they called me. The repair and the paint is done better than the car came from the factory. I can't see the difference in color at all. Highly recommend. I see a few negative reviews on their google maps business page, but I think it's because people don't leave the positive reviews when the work was done well or great.
