The Boyd's team helped me make the best of a bad situation. After being rrar-ended on New Year's Eve, I brought car in for an estimate as directed by my insurance company. Even though the insurance company didn't book the appoimtment correctly, the estimate was qhick and I was out in less than 30-mins. Wbile I was disappointed that it was going to take 30-days to get the parts in, Boyd's set AND met the expectstion. Mike and his team at the NE location are amazing. I am moving out of the city on the 31 of January 2025. They got my parts ordered and my car was in on Monday January 27, 2025. They knew I. Advance that I was needing to leave the morning of the 3q and kept this in their radar. I got an up date in January 29, 2025 that it would be ready on the morning of the 31 by 9:09-9:30. Disappointing Experience at Boyd Body Repair Car Shop I recently had an unpleasant experience at Boyd Body Repair. I had an appointment for an estimate at 9:00 AM. I arrived 15 minutes early, dropped off my car and keys, and informed the staff that I had an urgent matter to attend to but would be back within 15-20 minutes.
