This location is the worst with poor painting and customer service. They had my vehicle months had to send it back multiple times. They painted over stickers had paint runs and fish eyes, panel clips loose and held with cheap 3m tape, misaligned doors, sand marks under finished paint,clear coated over sanded metal, dents and cracked wire harness clips, paint spray into cabin onto seat. Hit a deer in my Honda Accord a while back and was recommended by a family member to get the work done at Boyd West. When I collected the car I noticed some pretty big body panel gaps between my hood and fender, big enough to fit my fingers down to the knuckles. I thought, no big deal, it's not gonna be perfect. Anyways a year later and i go to open my passenger door (the car had been parked a while) , and I notice it's rubbing quite hard on the fender every time I open or close it, taking all the new paint off. Had an awesome experience with this shop! Eryn, Jeff, Zain, Adam and the whole team took such great care of our 4Runner. The work was top-notch and the vehicle came back looking amazing. I couldn’t make it in to pick it up, and Jeff (GM) personally dropped it off to me. That kind of service goes a long way. Super professional, high-quality work, highly recommend!
