I’m beyond frustrated with how this shop handles communication and follow-ups. My car was supposedly fixed at the end of August, but clearly it wasn’t done properly because I had to bring it back at the end of September. I was told they’d order the part and that the repair would take “about an hour.” Since then? Absolute silence unless I chase them. Repair was pretty basic (replacing part of a bumper). Final repair tool 2x longer than initially quoted and communication was terrible/non existent. Will definitely not be coming back here again
Outstanding experience, came in for an insurance claim on my car and they got right to work. Even grabbed my clubs out of the back of my car for my tee time, and got my shoes without me even asking. 10/10 would come back here for any auto service :)
