A joke. I was rear-ended on Stoney Trail and had exposed rebar (thick metal reinforcement bar beneath the plastic bumper) and wheel well collapsed and laying on my rear passenger side tire. My car was deemed unsafe to drive by BOTH CPS and CFS and towed from the collision site to the impound lot. From November 5th 2024, it took over a month to complete the repairs and after receiving the keys, I was informed that my vehicle was not test driven nor the wheels aligned and only had body work repaired.
