No callbacks when estimate is ready. No one answers the phone. No one returns voicemail. Can't speak to the quality of the repair work, but the customer service staff is bad enough to steer clear. I guess they're just too busy for my business. What a wonderful problem to have.
Hey Boyd, not only couldn't you be bothered to follow up on my online quote request for 2 weeks, when I called to follow up, your receptionist was rude and could have cared less. Glad I managed to avoid having my vehicle repaired at your shop. Good luck. And in response to your reply, nobody from your company has been in contact since I reached out. You have my contact information, I'll just keep holding my breath.
