Hey Boyd, not only couldn't you be bothered to follow up on my online quote request for 2 weeks, when I called to follow up, your receptionist was rude and could have cared less. Glad I managed to avoid having my vehicle repaired at your shop. Good luck. And in response to your reply, nobody from your company has been in contact since I reached out. If I could give less than a star, I would. What a terrible experience. Was told my vehicle would be ready, so I made arrangements to be there for that day. I tried to call prior to ensure that it was in fact ready and couldn't get a hold of anyone...called multiple times, sent emails, eventually had to call my insurance company and get them involved as I couldn't get any communication from them. Booked an appointment online weeks in advance. Called the day before to confirm appointment. No answer. Left a message. When I arrived they said they were completely booked for weeks. This is completely unacceptable levels of service. If you can't book anything online, remove the option from your website. If you don't return calls don't tell people to leave a message.
