Great experience with this location. Everyone is super polite, but more importantly they did a great job and even went out of their way to do a small extra fix they weren't obligated to do.
Jay and Brenda at Boyd were great! Really helpful arranging the rental and returned my vehicle nice and clean. Even when I needed some guarantee work done they promptly made it right, and even detailed my car after the warranty work which I was not expecting.
My experience with Boyd Autobody & Glass has been nothing short of fantastic. After being rear-ended, I brought my car in and was immediately provided with a rental. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the communication from Simone, Brenda, and Jay was excellent throughout the process. Last week I brought my truck in for some minor repairs. The front-end staff are very friendly and attended to me quickly. The repairs were handled well within the quoted time and done professionally (as in you can't tell the work was done, it looks brandnew). But the one thing that stood out most as I wasn't expecting it was the fact the cleaned not only the exterior but also the interior. I hate surprises unless they are good ones.
