Took us 4 months to get the repair appointment and on top of that the repairs took 22 days (instead of 1 week)! However, I kept getting updates on the progress at each stage I understand that some items would be identified when dismantling the damages but c'mon from a hit 5-10kms at the back of the other car (accelerating at a stop sign where the front car suddenly stopped) with repair costs this high for a new reputed car - I can’t even try to imagine the repairs cost if my wife was driving more than 50 kms/hr The front lig... read more

Nice company for any auto body repairs
Poor communication. Poor customer service. I was not informed there is a delay on the repair. No one ever informed me about it until I called a few days before the estimate pick up day to find out there is delay on the repair for a few weeks. And the work was not done properly, I need to go back to have it redone. Plus, they missed the 3M stone shield and they said there was no 3M on the vehicle when I bring it the vehicle.
