Great service, especially from Jackson. They were all very friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond their duties. My Dad recently damaged his car. Even though they know that the car is too old (2001 Acura), they still helped to patch it up in the meantime. Very grateful for all the help. Convenient that Enterprise is next door. And Jackson and staff can also speak Cantonese. Definitely would recommend this place. 👍

I took my car to Boyd Autobody about a year ago through an ICBC claim, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. They took way too long to complete the repairs and had horrible customer service throughout the process. When I finally picked up my car, there was a glob of white paint on it that was clearly from someone’s glove, and they completely denied being responsible. They refused to fix it or take any accountability. I would highly recommend avoiding this place altogether.
