After reading reviews on this business, I conclude I must have gotten a disgruntles employee on the phone. When I explained that there was minimal damage to my 2003 car (broken front headlight cover and some scrapes and dents ) told me it would be a write-off due to it's age. Also I would have to pay the full amount of repairs, including the deductible, then ICBC would have to put in a claim to be re-embursed . Had my Chevrolet Cruze serviced there in January after a hit and run claim. I'm super happy with the service. Everyone there is super friendly, and they went above and beyond to help me.
I live on sechelt but work allowed me to travel to main land hospital. While on ferry someone noticed my tail light gone . I know it is dangerous. Not knowing much about body shop etc . Came looking for one at newwestminister found these amazing people who were very accommodating . Staff was super polite understanding cooperation and patient. I highly recommend this place. Estimator Jackson and his machinal team are super helpful and professional. They were able to provide solid recommendations and suggestions and give out quality work. I have also dealt with other body shops, but Boyd New West is at the next level. I can't recommend this place more than ever.
