Dropped vehicle off on Tuesday, they said would be ready Thursday or Friday at the latest. Called Thursday and was told I would get a call back regarding the status. Did not receive it. Called Friday and told “it’s in the body shop”, I know, I dropped it off there will not be ready? I’m then told Wednesday next week, I asked what changed and was told “glass guys didn’t call us to pick it up”. Tldr: unprofessional, left a mess and additional damages after repairing vehicle. Consistently cannot have things ready in time period promosed My insurance company recommended here for a bad door dent and mirror damage. The quote went well and I appreciated the thoroughness. The day before repairs were to begin at the end of the business day I got a call saying a part hadn't shown up and they couldn't do repair. AVOID BOYD! Terrible customer service. Took longer than they had originally told me. Then when they finally called it was to tell me they “scratched” my vehicle. Turns out they had to replace a door, fender, window and paint it. Super sleazy to hide and it and even knew to alter my quote when I asked under 5k so they didn’t “legally” have to report it to the police. Great customer service! We brought our SUV in when noticed the front bumper was slightly out of alignment, assume a parking lot casualty. Repaired quickly the same day - looks great! Update: another great experience 1 year later. Our back hatch wasn't closing properly after a long road trip, and again we had same day service to make an adjustment and it's working great! Thanks again!
We brought our car in to get accident repairs done and were very satisfied. It was done through insurance and completed in a timely process. They reached out multiple times with updates on when all the parts were coming and once the work started they also provided updates on how things were progressing and when we might expect to get it back.
