This place falls in the excellence category as they go beyond service standards and treat people like family. I came in person to get a quote to get paint work on my truck. I spent an hour at the shop, had someone out to look and take pictures to put together the quote. 9 weeks later, there is not even a quote or call back. I have called multiple times to find out the status of the quote to be told other vehicles have come in from ICBC that take precedence. I would love to give me business to a local company but at this point they have just wasted my time and clearly do not want my business.
