Had an amazing experience at Boyd after my car had been backed into last month. Austin (the manager) was very knowledgable, communicative, and helpful. I don’t know much about cars, but Austin made sure I was aware of everything going on at every step of the process. My car came out looking better than ever - can’t tell it had ever been hit. I would recommend everybody to go to this shop for body work on their car. Excellent service

I went in a spoke with their estimator and he said I'd have a quote in a couple of weeks. I waited a couple of weeks, he completely forgot about who I was and my car. So I reminded him. Now it's been another month, still nothing. Never going to Boyd as they don't value customers....at least not my business. Why lead me on? Just say no.

I had an ICBC claim that I almost went last the expiry date on (within the 2 yr limit for claims). Austin was able to arrange with ICBC and have the repair completed at this shop on time even though they were busy. The work was perfect and I recommend this shop for anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

I had Boyd Autobody & Glass repair my Nissan Sentra last week. The repairs they did was in a timely manner and my car looked new when I got it back. They matched the paint perfectly, explained all the process they did, even washed & vacuumed my car. To top it all off, they drove me home when I took my car in, and picked me up when the repairs were done. Truly above & beyond service.

Amazing service in Sidney, deal with ICBC claims. Handled so smoothly, were exactly on their timeline of completion of my vehicle. As they also set my rental up through Enterprise at my drop off of my vehicle.
