I had my windshield replaced two days ago and the service was outstanding. They even offered me a ride to and from work! They calibrated my lane assist system , and camera properly and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Back in March I had my windshield replaced at this auto body shop, and the experience was extremely disappointing. In the middle of winter, with temperatures around -30C, they accidentally cut the wire for my remote starter, leaving me without it for about 10 days or so until I had the wire fixed at another shop because they don't fix this, they refused to reimburse me for the invoice and literally just refusing to take any accountability for it and blaming me instead implied that I did it. An excellent experience with Boyd Autobody in Brandon. Brittany and the front of house staff far exceeded any expectations I had for customer service -- they are friendly, professional and efficient. The work was done perfectly and finished earlier than expected. I would highly recommend.
I am not one for reviews but, I had an unpleasant experience with this local autobody shop located in Brandon, MB. First off, I had dealt with Boyd Autobody roughly 5yrs ago (Brandon location) on a glass claim and thought they did a nice job, minus the dirty fingerprints left all around my lightly coloured interior from the glass installation, nonetheless I gave them business again fast forward to the beginning of this month (June 2025).
