I am not one for reviews but, I had an unpleasant experience with this local autobody shop located in Brandon, MB. First off, I had dealt with Boyd Autobody roughly 5yrs ago (Brandon location) on a glass claim and thought they did a nice job, minus the dirty fingerprints left all around my lightly coloured interior from the glass installation, nonetheless I gave them business again fast forward to the beginning of this month (June 2025). Had the best experience with Boyd auto body in Brandon! Everyone was so lovely and friendly that I dealt with and my car looked amazing after! It was even early so that was even better! 10/10 recommend them if you need your car fixed!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business, both with their repair work and customer service. Two months ago, I brought my car in after a collision. It was in their shop for 14 days, and they only addressed the visible cosmetic damage. They never bothered to remove the back tire or inspect further—something any thorough shop should have done.
