Carstar provided excellent service on one of my customer’s vehicles! Their team made what could have been a stressful accident situation feel completely manageable. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept communication clear throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed quickly and the vehicle looked fantastic when finished. I just picked up my car today after it had been in the shop for a week having an insurance claim repair as well as a couple of scrapes incurred by me over time. The communication for costs and when the car would be ready by text was prompt and efficient. The jobs they did on my car were so well done I barely remember what it looked like prior to the repairs. The pricing was fair and the staff friendly and courteous. Thank you Gillian and team! Your staff even washed my floor mats! It's like having a new car!

I took my vehicle to CarStar Cloverdale on a recommendation from a friend. They completed what I consider major front end paintwork. I was concerned as the vehicle has tricoat paint, very difficult to work with and colour match. When they returned my vehicle to me I was in shock. The quality of paint match and overall job was impeccable. I am very fussy with my vehicles and expected I would have to spend hours detailing the vehicle after it was returned to me. There just isn't enough praise for the team at Carstar! Gillian, Roy and the rest of the team have been fantastic to deal with. Always received clear and concise communication and we were never overpromised anything. After dealing with so many accredited auto centres, Carstar has put our minds at ease. I can't recommend the team here enough!
