I have used this repair shop for two previous ICBC claims. They were always great at communicating and completed the repairs on time with quality work. Today I took my newer car in for a loose piece of trim. A small repair that was not under any insurance claim. They put my car in the shop quickly, replaced the broken clips and a missing bolt in less than 30 minutes. They wouldn't accept any payment for this small repair. I brought my new car to Boyds and was very happy with the services. Not only did they fix the problem but they kept me informed along the way, the curtesy car they provided me was a lot nicer than the others I have had to drive in the past at other businesses, and even made her nice shiny and clean for me when I picked up! I really liked the personalities that I dealt with here as well. Very informative and professional. I will be coming here for any work needed from now on.
