Twice now I have taken my damaged vehicle in to get repaired from an ICBC incident. The first time was a bear attack and they didn't find the rear window wiper bear damaged until after they had repaired everything and ICBC paid for it, then I asked to have that repaired because it didn't work right. When they took it apart they told me it wasn't wear damage, but bear damage, and I ended up having to pay for it myself.
