Professional and great to work with
I had a disappointing experience with Boyd's Autobody in Sherwood Park. I confirmed an appointment by phone for July 9th to have a glass coverage claim handled. However, when I arrived, I was told the appointment was only “tentative” and that it hadn’t been confirmed—despite the fact that I did confirm it by phone. Highly recommend! 5 stars From the warm welcome, estimate, appt. and pickup, they were all great! Olivia and Jai were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. And the best part…. They detail your vehicle when they are finished! Best service I’ve had in town! Thank you again so much!
Great experience, great staff ! Both the manager and customer service rep are really customer oriented. The body and paint work are top notch as well !
My jeep was stolen last November. There have been challenges finding a specific part for it but Boyd staff persisted and finally found the part. They have kept me updated throughout this journey. I got my jeep back today and the process was seamless. They even detail your vehicle for you before they give it back to you. Totally recommend Boyd!
