Shockingly sloppy management. Gave them a second chance....worse! Edit: 03/12/ Multiple levels of management. Hubris and oblivious meets oblivion. This location has no shop crew. They've all jumped ship because of....see first sentence. They say Open but for what?! Ask the question. Where's my vehicle going to be after an estimate?
Quick to take my appointment but seemed oddly reticent to give me an actual date for the repairs. My appointment went from "end of February" to "end of March" due to "management changing things". Then they stopped answering my calls. After showing up in person I am told most of their shop team had quit, I was now getting the repairs done by Boyd in Nanaimo, and that I would get a rental car.
