My power was out for 5 days due to the storms so my sump pumps weren't running. Flash flooding occurred and water filled my basement knee high submerging all of my appliances. I called Scott on a Sunday and he was at my house the next day to inspect my boiler and hot water heater. He thoroughly went through things and could have easily said I needed new everything, but instead got everything cleaned up and running within an hour.
