Easy check-in with online system, checked in via SMS link and then waited only 1 minute... then was out in less than 5 minutes... got test results next day, all around good experience.
Staff was very nice. No issues at all.

If I could select a negative , I would. I've been trying to make an appointment for over an hour, both on my phone & on my laptop. Neither is working; both hang up at the same point. When I select "schedule appointment", it freezes. It doesn't seem to matter whether you've signed in or not since I've tried it both ways.
