My 95 year old mother dreaded going to get a cavity filled. She needs a wheelchair and is always concerned she will have difficulty moving from chair to dental chair and back. She was overjoyed when Dr Wendell and his staff showed extreme empathy and compassion, allowing her to stay in her chair while they repaired her cavity. My husband had a dental emergency on a Saturday. We could not get in touch with our dentist so I started calling any dentist in the area. Dr. Lachine was preparing to attend a wedding but took the time to come into his office to help us. He was kind, professional and most importantly was able to handle the situation quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Lachine if you are looking for a quality dentist.
He’s simply the Best. Dr. Lachine has done my dental implants flawlessly, and fillings perfectly, all painlessly, while explaining each procedure, that even I could understand. Dr. Lacine has also fit me in, when I have called needing care sooner, rather than, later, so I could get in more time on vacation.
I have been a patient for one and a half years and they have done a great job cleaning my teeth every six months. Everyone is very nice which helps me relax when I go in.
Extremely poor practice. I used to trust this office. I called well before my appointment to see if they took my new insurance, they said yes AND I brought my insurance card to the appointment. They did not provide an estimate at the appointment after scanning my card and later on a $231 bill comes in the mail… they are out of network. I had to calling them repeatedly over 3 weeks; wasted probably 2 hours of my life on the phone with office manager Donna.
