I had an amazing experience! Dr. Bautista, Bell, and Felicia were wonderful—so kind and professional. As a new patient, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I’ve already decided this will be my permanent dentist. Everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend them!
Dr.Bautista is very pleasant and staff is as well. I had 2 upper wisdom teeth removed about a month ago and had no issues whatsoever! No pain during the healing process either. 🥰 She explains every detail of the dental procedures and doesn’t mind if you have tons of questions. She really cares about your overall dental health!
Started with Dr.B some years ago, she made me feel so comfortable as I hadn’t had work done in a long time, she got my mouth update and it’s always a pleasant visit! Her staff is unmatched as well 🥰 forever a client of Boxwood 🪥🦷
I still have two areas of my mouth that I have not been able to use for the last few years due to the work that was done by Dr. Bautista. I recently got a a diagnosis to have the same work done on the same two teeth that I paid to have done by Dr. Bautista. There’s no recourse once the work is done incorrectly, as the insurance considers the work completed. I’ve never had problems using any of my teeth in my entire life until visiting Dr. Bautista. Had my first visit for a check up and X-rays with Dr. Bautista and the dental hygienist, Felicia (had to change dentists due to insurance change). From the dental/medical history, they already were aware of my teeth sensitivity and completed such a gentle/thorough cleaning that for once I did not need to utilize a numbing gel/oral wash.
