This company or what's left of it DOES NOT even deserve a one star! Dave and Natalie Peterson are not loyal or trustworthy businessmen! They have no idea how to run a business! In February of '24 Natalie came into our home and helped remove our cabinets and counters for a new install and never came back to finish. Just empty promise after empty promise! Has anyone received their cabinets in the last 3 months?? We’ve been given every excuse in the book…very concerned.
Cabinet project is months late and the company/owner is not responding to email or phone calls. Not a good sign...
BEWARE!! If I could have left zero stars I would have. We’re going on almost a year and the owner just barely started ghosting me. Not sure if I prefer the ghosting or the literal hundreds of excuses and lies over the last year (I have the texts as proof). I ordered painted cabinet doors from Boxwood in April 2021 for approximately$1700. The owner said the paint his team uses is actually car paint and that it would hold up for years. This was a big selling point for me because I didn't want to repaint them for a long time. Unfortunately, the paint is chipping significantly around the joints.
