I’m so happy I’ve found Boxup for my new project. I just have to congratulate them for everything, their website, their editor tool so I can do my design without any other programs. So easy to use. I have to say that their customer service is amazingly helpful, specially Alexis Gilreath who helped me a lot with the design of my boxes and support me with my corrections. Really thank you! Don’t think of any other company to make your boxes, I recommend BOXUP 1000%.

I am absolutely blown away at how Rosslyn and her team rushed and overnighted an order that hadn’t ever gone into production after a big miscommunication. The chat, calls, and emails were all promptly answered, and nice as could be. There are not many vendors with this level of support, and I was so grateful for Rosslyn jumping into action and making the order happen, and delivered before our company event. stay away from them. Issues custom designs disappear, no one answers phone or returns VM. Biggest issue is that they will lie about shipping and ruin plans. No apologies from them. Stay away from them.
